Production of carbide rolling washers
LLC "Tekhpostavka" is the leader in Ukraine of serial production of carbide products for various purposes, including rolling washers.
In the course of mastering the new technology, a whole range of research, development and implementation work was carried out. Accumulated, systematized and subjected to a deep analysis of numerous data on the regularities of the influence of the chemical and grain composition, as well as the structure of the hard alloy on the service life of rolling washers during their operation in various conditions.
The entire cycle of mixture preparation operations - grinding, mixing, drying, screening, packaging - is performed on special equipment. The design features of this equipment, to the maximum extent possible, exclude the contact of powders with atmospheric air and, thereby, reduce the likelihood of oxidation of chemically active components of the feedstock and finished mixtures.
Our production line includes:
- A complex of equipment for the preparation of carbide powder, which makes it possible to obtain a powder of a given chemical composition and grain size.
- High-performance automatic press allows you to produce up to 1000 pieces. products per hour of any complexity.
- Special hydraulic press
- The sintering is carried out in the latest generation 10MPa Vacuumpressure Sinter-HIP furnace, which makes it possible to carry out the entire range of carbide sintering operations.
Specially designed designs of molds for pressing powders provide the versatility of the main elements of technological equipment for the manufacture of products of various sizes.
Rolling washers are an important technological tool in rolling production. The parameters of reliability, service life between repairs, wear resistance of the working surface of rolling washers largely affect the technical and economic performance of rolling shops.
